Right for A bedroom, study or living room that doesn't feel right yet.
02 · 6 to 10 weeks
From an empty plan to drawings ready to build from.
Rp 350.000 per m² · minimum Rp 25.000.000
Right for New homes, major renovations, or businesses built by your own contractor.
03 · 3 to 6 months
The full design, then I see it through to handover.
Rp 500.000 per m² · minimum Rp 45.000.000
Right for Guesthouses, restaurants, or homes that should end up exactly as drawn.

An estimate of the interior build itself (custom furniture, floors, ceilings, lighting) in Java, excluding the design fee. The exact figure comes with the bill of quantities.
Yes, anywhere in Java and Bali. For Design & Oversight outside Yogyakarta and Central Java, travel is billed at cost.
There is no minimum size, but there is a minimum fee of Rp 25,000,000. For one or two rooms, the Room Consultation is usually a better fit.
Yes. The drawings and budget are prepared so any contractor can build from them. If you like, I can recommend three contractors I work with regularly.
In three stages: 40% on signing, 40% when the concept is approved, 20% on delivery of the drawings. Oversight is billed monthly.
