01 Who I am

Kinan Arunika runs this site and the studio at Jl. Suryodiningratan No. 18, Yogyakarta. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

02 What we collect

The brief form on the Contact page: name, WhatsApp number, email if given, type and size of space, rough budget, and message. I only receive it when the consent box is ticked.

Asa, the studio assistant: the conversation. Your name and number are recorded only if you agree to it in the conversation.

WhatsApp conversations: name, number, and what we discuss about the project.

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Whether the light is on or off is remembered in your own browser.

03 The AI assistant

Asa is run by Navibiz using a third-party AI model provider. Its answers are general information drawn from this site, not binding promises or offers. Conversations are kept for 90 days for reporting, then deleted.

04 Who processes it

Navibiz (PT Cetta Adika Nava) as operator of the site and assistant; Cloudflare for hosting and security; an AI model provider to answer questions; WhatsApp for conversations. Data is never sold to anyone.

05 Your rights

You may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to halo@navibiz.id; we respond within 72 hours.
